Bill Johnson Correctional Center-Alva, OK

6000 sq. ft. prison chapel at Bill Johnson Correctional Center in Alva, OK.  This chapel was framed up in September, 2010 and scheduled for completion in March, 2011.

This chapel was made possible by a $250,000.00 matching grant from the Share Foundation plus an equal amount of donated cash, goods and services from the Alva community – businesses, churches, and individuals.

BJCC houses 500+ young drug offenders serving relatively short sentences.  BJCC uses  strong educational and faith based programs in a boot camp type environment.
